I.Information System Staff
Requirements:
* Male/ Female, age maximum 25 years old
* Applicants must be Indonesian citizen
* Bachelor degree (S1) Information System, Information Technology, Computerized Accountancy
* Fresh Graduates
* Fluent in English both written and verbal is a must
* Good communication and good personality
* Able to work in team
II.Administration/ Secretary
Requirements:
* Female, age maximum 28 years old, Single
* Applicant must be Indonesian citizen
* Applicant must possess minimum of Diploma degree D3) in Management, Secretary from a reputable university in Indonesia
* At least 2 years of working experience in the same field
* Computer literary skills
* Fluent in English both written and verbal is a must
* Good communication and good personality
* Able to work in team
III. Legal Staff
Job Description:
* Contacting clients and gathering client’s supporting document
* Manage legal paper and documentation filing
* Prepares agreements
* Undertake review and legal drafting, handles agreement and represent the company in contract negotiation
* Ensure compliance with relevant Indonesia decrees, rules & requirements, law and regulations at all time
Requirements:
* Male or Female, age maximum 30 years old
* Applicants must be Indonesian citizen
* Applicants must be possess a minimum of Bachelor degree (S1) in Law from reputable University in Indonesia. Overseas graduates from reputable foreign university are most welcome.
* At least 3 years of working experience in commercial legal practice or related field, either working for Law Firm in legal department of corporate legal. Working experience in Notary Office would be an advantage.
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Computer literary skills
* Fluent in English both written and verbal is a must
* Strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and initiative
IV. Customer Service Staff
Requirements:
* D1-D3 major in Management, Secretary and General
* Having 2-5 years experience in the same field in Shopping Town is preferred
* Computer literate
* Able to work in a team
* Able to work under pressure
* Good personality and good appearance
* Able to communicate in English
