To support its aggressive expansion plan in Indonesia we are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to fill the positions of:

Legal Staff - Medan Based (LS-MES)
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)

Responsibilities:

* Reviewing and providing advice on various legal documentation and contracts
* Handling wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial,
company licenses, litigation, land related matter and regulatory compliance of the group

Requirements:

* Hold Bachelor Degree in Business Law
* Age max 33 years old
* Minimum 2-4 years work experience in legal or functional equivalent
* Knowledge of organizational polices in legal affairs, especially in services business law and
contract matters
* Able to provide advice, assistance and support to the Management related to legal matters
* Trustworthy, able to work accurately and posses high integrity
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficient in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written
* Computer literate (Ms Office)
