Credit Control Analyst - Risk Management

Responsibilities:

* Conduct regular sampling to Retail Banking & Personal Loan files/documents/reports to ensure compliance to applicable policy.
* Prepare Credit Process Assessment Report & Analysis.
* Review, verify and provide recommendation and fact-findings from existing information.
* Identify potential Credit Risk during assessment process, as well as provide advices for risk mitigation.

Requirements:
* Candidate must be currently located at Jabodetabek (local hire).
* Candidate must be willing to travel independently to office branches within Jabodetabek area.
* Holds a Bachelor degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Business/ Accounting/Industrial Engineering. Fresh graduates with GPA > 3.00 are welcome.
* Candidates with min 1 year of experience in Risk Management areas from Banking/Financial services industry are preferred.
* Possess high integrity in day-to-day job.
* Detail-oriented, good analytical and communication skills as well as strong critical thinking.
* Goal-oriented individual and enjoy working under pressure.
* Willing to face challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural working environment.
