Responsibilities:
* Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, education & job skills.
* Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
* Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
* Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals.
* Prepare and maintain employment records.
* Hire applicants and authorize paperwork assigning them to positions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in psychology with GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
* Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
* Having a good knowledge in Recruitment Proses & familiar with psychology tools
* English & Microsot Office Skill is a must
* Able to work under pressure, good communication especially presentation skills
* Willing to be located in Tangerang
