Salutary Avenue Group of Companies was established in the mid-80s, headquarters based in Malaysia. The Group started its business as a trading company specializing in the supplies of parts and equipment to the Power, Oil and Gas industries including other various government departments.

Currently, the Group has five (5) subsidiaries and several associated companies with core business in manufacturing, engineering, investment, trading and project management operates at Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Oman and Brunei.

We were awarded the prestigious QMS ISO 9001:2000 in August 2003 by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance and our scope is applicable to design, development and manufacture of intake air filter and liquid filter.

Country Manager

Jakarta Raya (Indonesia), Jawa Barat (Indonesia), Sumatera Utara (Indonesia), Arunachal Pradesh (India), Delhi (India), Johor (Malaysia), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Cagayan Valley (Philippines), Central Luzon (Philippines), Bangkok (Thailand), Chaiyaphum (Thailand), Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Across Singapore

Responsibilities:

    Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales, goals and profitability within the region.
    Responsible for the performance and development of the overall sales activities.
    Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
    Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
    Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
    Conducts one-on-one review with all sales personnel to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales personnel’s sales and activity performance.
    Provides timely feedback to top management regarding performance.
    Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
    Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
    Provide a consultative solution sales process to prospect.
    Responsible for tracking customer’s informations, forecast & reports.
    Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
    Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Management/Sales & Marketing or its equivalent.
    Required skill(s): Independent, High Energy Level, Self-Motivator, Excellent Communication, Selling & Negotiating Skills, Business Development, Result Orientated, Customer Focus.
    Aggressive, customer service oriented, good interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skills in either English, Hindi, Arabic or Bahasa Malaysia.
    Proven sales record and initiative in driving sales.
    At least 5 years of working experience in the related.
    Willing to travel overseas with valid international passport holder.
