GoodHope Asia Holdings Limited is the groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in several provinces of Indonesia. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be placed in regions of Indonesia.
Deputy HR Regional Manager [DHRRM]
Kalimantan Tengah - Sampit
Responsibilities:
You will be required to implement HR policies and procedures for all categories of employees in the plantation operating locations with rigorously involved in planning & administering all HR functions and employee welfare activities. You will also embark initiatives in building a performance driven culture and review HR practices in supporting of business strategies keeping abreast of labour laws and industrial relations, liaising with government officials and other relevant authorities as well handling all aspects of public relations with the manpower authorities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably from Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering)
At least 6 - 7 years of working managerial experiences
Minimum 2 years of working experiences in the palm oil industry is a must
Applicants must be willing to be placed in the plantation site at Sampit, Central Kalimantan
