Requirement :

*Minimum of 10 years managerial experience inestablished palm oil plantation group
*Able to design yearly activity plan and also organize and evaluate the result in other to achieve the target
*Excellent managerial skill
*Bachelor degree in Agriculture from reputable university
*Able to communicate in English (English literate)
*Computer literate
*Able to work under pressure and strict targets/deadline
*Having a good knowledge regarding nursery, fertilization, and harvesting
*Willing to be placed in Sumatera Selatan and Kalimantan Tengah

Business System Assistant Manager (AMBS)

Responsibilities:
    Provide 1nd level application support to IT personal at the SPU.
    Escalate support issues to Manager Business systems and 3rd party service provides.
    Test and Apply fixes and patches to business systems on application and database layer level only. (OS Level patch application should be handled through the network admin role).
    Develop user guide documentation for business systems and conduct end user training.
    Develop an extensive knowledge of the business logic of the systems implemented at the RO and SPU.
    Understand the information requirements and the key business drivers from an enterprise standpoint.
    Asses’ information requirements at an enterprise level and escalate to the manager business systems.
    Review business process and recommend re-design models for process optimizations
    Co-lead and manage business systems implementation projects at SPU’s.
    Provide guidance and direction to the business systems support staff at RO and SPU.

    Support the implementation of Information Assest Security Policy and procedures.

    Develop extensive technical skills in of database management, configuration, backup and recovery and performance tuning techniques.
    Conduct research and development into ICT industry direction.
    Develop extensive technical skills software development tools and methodologies.
    Transform information requirements into viable solutions to be adopted by the sector for implementation.
    Support business systems implementation projects for new and current SPU’s
    Ensure compliance with standardization guidelines for systems administration related tasks.
    Provide leadership and direction to the Network administrator and other IT staff at SPU.
    Ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) standards to be maintain for all business systems implemented at the SPU’s.
    Work towards building a cordial relationship with 3rd party service providers.
    Ensure that cross functional skills development to support the role of the “Business Analyst” and/or “Business Systems Manager functions.

Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
    Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in application systems administration and technical support
    preferably in ERP systems such as Oracle Financials, BaaN, SAP, PeopleSoft etc.
    Experience in RDBMS such as Oracle and development tools such as J-developer, Oracle forms and reports or any such rapid development tools and a working knowledge of accounting/finance will be an added advantage.


    Technical Knowledge:
        Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux,
        RDBMS: SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, Informix/DB2, Progress: Install, configure, tune, monitor and Manage.
        Development tools/Programming: VB.NET/VB, Crystal Reports, Impromptu & Cognos power-play, Oracle-Jdeveloper/Discoverer, Forms, Report, SQL/PL, Java. Shell scripts

Responsibilities:

    Assist RSPO Coordinator in ensuring compliance's of the company business operations and practices with to the round-table on sustainable palm oil (RSPO) and Indonesia Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) principles and criteria. The position holders is also responsible in monitoring, identification of non-conformance and recommendations to ensure that all business operations and process of all business units are in line with the corporate value, policies, and programs, and in conformance with good corporate practices.

Requirements:

    Male or female with good health and attitude
    Bachelor’s degree or post graduate in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Natural Resources Management
    A minimum of 4 - 5 years experience in relevant field of palm oil plantations, certification, and performance audit
    Proven experience with project and staff management, and proven ability to deal with a range of stakeholders including local community, media workers, NGO, government agencies.
    Having certification: RSPO auditor, HCV training, others audit training

Environment, Health, and Safety Assistant [AEHS]
(Papua, Kalimantan Tengah)

Responsibilities:
    Develop health, safety and environmental compliance policy, procedures and benchmark with industry practices relating to plantation / milling industry. Update as and when required.
    Setting up audit / compliant procedures so that issues would be addressed before they become problems.
    Assess risks associated with health, safety and environmental issues and plantation and mill processes and advise the management with options that are pragmatic.
    Setting up execution plan for periodic audit with well-laid down procedures.
    Develop social responsibility together with action plan.
    Implementation of the social responsibility plan with the support of all the stakeholders, which will demonstrate the commitment the company has towards social responsibility.
    Build effective relations with all pressure groups including villagers, NGOs etc.
    Setting up staff safety and health standards to eliminate risks associated with hazards at work.
    Preparation of an Action Plan to get ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 accreditation.
    Update and brief on latest health, safety and environmental laws, Labor Laws, situations Rules, Regulation etc. in Indonesia.
    Coordinate EHS training programs for operating teams and workforce as well as the required EHS inspections, investigations of accidents occurred & recommendations for improvement & ensuring all Health & Safety tools and equipment are checked on periodical basis.
    Ensuring the implementation of company RKL (Rencana Pengelolaan Lingkungan) and RPL (Rencana Pemantauan Lingkungan) and preparing periodic RKL and RPL implementation report.

Requirements:

    at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Others or equivalent
    At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Responsibilities:

    Provide first leave of support for all end-users within the organization
    Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software in order to deliver required user support service levels
    Collaborate with system and network administrators to ensure efficient operation of the company's desktop computing environment.
    Where required, administer and resolve issues with associated end-user workstation networking software product
    Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding hardware and software problems.
    Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution
    Develop and maintain an inventory of all ICT related hardware and software including desktops, servers, routers, switches and all IT related hardware

    Transform information requirements into viable solutions to be adopted by the sector for implementation.
    Support business systems implementation projects for new and current SPU’s
    Ensure compliance with standardization guidelines for systems administration related tasks.
    Provide leadership and direction to the Network administrator and other IT staff at SPU.
    Ensure compliance to Service Level Agreements (SLA) standards to be maintain for all business systems implemented at the SPU’s.
    Work towards building a cordial relationship with 3rd party service providers.
    Ensure that cross functional skills development to support the role of the “Business Analyst” and/or “Business Systems Manager functions.

Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
    Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in application systems administration and technical support
    preferably in ERP systems such as Oracle Financials, BaaN, SAP, PeopleSoft etc.
    Experience in RDBMS such as Oracle and development tools such as J-developer, Oracle forms and reports or any such rapid development tools and a working knowledge of accounting/finance will be an added advantage.


    Technical Knowledge:
        Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux,
        RDBMS: SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, Informix/DB2, Progress: Install, configure, tune, monitor and Manage.
        Development tools/Programming: VB.NET/VB, Crystal Reports, Impromptu & Cognos power-play, Oracle-Jdeveloper/Discoverer, Forms, Report, SQL/PL, Java. Shell scripts

Responsibilities:

    To carryout periodic review of the training requirements at each level of Managerial and staff and worker level in Plantation.
    Evaluate training needs, and develop Training and Development plans for each level of employees
    Ensure the carrying out of training programs as approved by the management in a timely and cost efficient manner.
    Develop the training budget and ensure that the costs are within the training budget.
    Developing training modules, by reviewing latest developments, and in discussion with HRD team.
    To communicate techniques and practices at each level of staff to increase their competencies.
    Monitor effectiveness of training at Plantation and ensure adequate return on investment are achieved (financial and non financial)
    Ensure that those undergoing specific training have improved in efficiency and productivity and maintain close dialogue with employees to ensure this
    Provide advise and guidance to employees on improving their personality and competency levels
    To ensure, with the HRD, a learning culture is built within the plantation, and training is embodied as a core part of all the job positions.
    Assist the Group GM HR and the Manager HR in developing Training policies and concepts

Requirements:

    Male / Female
    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics, or others relevant discipline.
    At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    Willing to be located at Central Kalimantan.

Responsibilities:

    Provide first leave of support for all end-users within the organization
    Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software in order to deliver required user support service levels
    Collaborate with system and network administrators to ensure efficient operation of the company's desktop computing environment.
    Where required, administer and resolve issues with associated end-user workstation networking software product
    Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding hardware and software problems.
    Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution
    Develop and maintain an inventory of all ICT related hardware and software including desktops, servers, routers, switches and all IT related hardware
    Monitor and follow-up for all warranty related issues including warranty claims. replacements and renewal
    If necessary, liaise with third-party support

Requirements:
    Candidate must possess at least a diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering (computer/telecommunication), computer science/information technology or equivalent
    Minimum 2 - 3 year(s) of experiences providing first level of support and maintenance for a desktop and laptop computer environment. Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer support skills
    Certificate: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Network Administrator (MCNA), Linux+
    Good computer skills, Ms. Office. Lotus Notes, and collaborative tools.
    Able to write & speak in English (preferably)
