Payroll Specialist
Jawa Tengah - Semarang
Responsibilities:
Ensure an effective and efficient processing of the payroll and benefits administration, according to payroll and benefits policies, SOP's, regulations and service level agreements, to ensure that all employees receive salary and entitled benefits on time and in accurate amounts.
Requirements:
Age max. 30 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (Management/Finance/Accountancy/Administration/Banking or equivalent) with minimum IPK 3.00
Experienced in Payroll System such as input time attendant, overtime calculation, PPh21 (Understand of Human Resources Function and Man Power Regulation is preferred)
Updated with latest government remuneration regulation, income tax (Pph 21) and Jamsostek
Advance Microsoft Office skills (especially Microsoft Excel) and HRIS Application
Able to make payroll calculations and reporting (internal and third party), reconciliation, distribution of paychecks.
Good filing, administration and reporting
Strong ability to work individually and with team, able to work under pressure and commit to deadline
Applicants must be willing to work in Semarang
